“Life can get clouded by a variety of issues and situations.
Therapy can help bring in the light.”

Carrie Dau, MA, LPC, QMHP

Carrie Dau is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Dakota and has been serving Sioux Falls and surrounding areas for over 9 years, and knows that there are a variety of reasons someone might step into therapy. Therapy can help navigate significant life transitions, offer treatment for mental health concerns, and provide a space of support.

A Safe Environment to Explore, Process & Address Personal Needs.

I consider it a privilege to be able to walk side by side with an individual or couple in their journey towards healing. As a therapist, I value creating and holding a nonjudgmental, confidential and safe space to allow for healing and growth. There are many reasons someone might seek therapy. Therapy can help navigate life transitions, treat mental health concerns, address trauma and be a place of support. I believe that expanding self-awareness through personal reflection can increase self-agency, confidence and relational satisfaction.

If you experience relational concerns, depression, anxiety or are having a difficult time with a life transition, I can help. I also have experience working with couples, various traumas and spiritual concerns.

If you are curious about the benefit of therapy, please reach out for a free consultation to discuss needs and explore more about the therapeutic process.
